Local first, then cloud
Without a connection the app stores every entry on the device. Once the connection is back, everything is uploaded automatically. Documents need a connection, recording does not.
Camera and location
Take a photo, mark it on the plan, set a deadline: a defect is recorded in one step and reported to the responsible contractor.
Locked and notified
The app can be locked with Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint. Push notifications tell you when a defect has been assigned or fixed.
