We are pleased to report on the successful implementation of OpenText Extended ECM for SuccessFactors at Pilatus Flugzeugwerke. In record time, we have implemented a fully integrated solution that optimizes HR document management and enables automated document creation. This project not only strengthens compliance and efficiency, but also impressively demonstrates what can be achieved through agile collaboration - a true example of successful digital transformation.
We ensure the stable and high-performance operation of OpenText Extended ECM (DMS) for Swiss Federal Railways - with the help of state-of-the-art cloud technology in AWS and a 24/7 operating model. Our platform forms the basis for over 40 applications that are used daily by development teams to digitize and automate processes. Together, we are helping to ensure that trains run even more punctually - through more efficient processes and information that is available at all times. We operate the OpenText Extended ECM platform for Emmi and ensure that over 10,000 documents can be archived in a structured manner and made available again in a targeted manner every day. The filing structures are created automatically on the basis of SAP metadata - for maximum traceability and efficiency. We also support Emmi with digital workflow management: over 50 company-wide processes are digitized and create efficiency through clear workflows and intelligent document control.
