otwatch is a modular solution used to monitor OpenText product. The product is delivered as a template and helps you keep your OpenText systems more stable, recognize possible risks before they affect your system so you can react preemptively. Examples
The search is a central element of Content Server. From the execution of a search query to the list of results, we can give you information on the status of all components involved and measure your search performance.
Show the sessions active on the IIS. This shows us if the load balancer is doing its job correctly and how many users actually use the system.
We measure the CPU usage. If these measurements are done with Zabbix or something similar, they can be displayed in a graph.
In case of an issue, the person in charge will be notified by mail or Microsoft Teams. The diagrams help he recipient understand the issue at a glance.
